Its generally used by urban people.

Like Mr.dennis is a hypocrat , he advocated for me infront of Mr.len and backbites me from behind!

Hypocrite

The bitch that says she hates gossip then spreads it. The jerk who says he hates when guys pressure girlls then trys and pressure you. The teacher who says telling the truth is better and lies to you. The boss who says cheatings bad and cheats on his wife with a married stafff member. The lies your told by a stupid person.

She just said we should all hate him and now she's kissing him, what a hypocrite.

Hypocrite

Social Media glutton, who entices and gives with tons of praise or gifts and proclaimed sista/brotha love. This type of person puts down everyone else who is doing what she/he excels at in manipulative ways.

He/she is determined to win anyone over at the cost of alienating others, in order to make he/she look like the innocent one and never admits to being a hypocrite, when the actions are clearly defined.
