Fully lube the bucking

When a person or persons decides to attempt a repair or modification that, on paper, should improve or simplify a function or task. But instead drastically makes it worse. Or when something simple causes a catastrophic failure.
My airsoft AEG needs to have a replacement hop up unit installed, I will fully lube the bucking to get it in easier.......why is my gun hunting ants and not other players?
