Get the Miami Vicemug. Vice City Multiplayer or also known as VCMP is a multiplayer mod for the Rockstar game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The mod is very much associated with pakistani people and their pov PCs and bad internet. It is also known for its bad sync where you shoot at a player and he doesn't die.
