Get the Simpmug. Its historically short for "Simpleton." Ironically, its now used by bandwagon-hopping Simpletons that regurgitate what some dumb ass rapper thought it meant at the time (because he wasn't too bright i.e. he was a simpleton).
Now, for some reason, it refers to a person who is overly desperate towards a certain woman. Probably because Simp rhymes with Pimp and the Simpleton who got this trend started needed a word that rhymed with a pimp that is the opposite of a pimp. Kinda funny and ironic when you think about it
