A stealthy gay man. A man that perfers his penis in another mans butt rather than a vagina. Poopstick can also be used in replace of "gay" when something sucks or is unfair.

(John tends to go to the poopstick ninja bars a lot and says that he is just going because his friends want to. I am beginning to wonder about his sexual preference.)
