Saying a compliment without really meaning it and just to make the other person feel good.

Bill: Hey Phil you are really beautiful.

Phil: No, I'm not. Even my grandma calls me ugly.
Bill: Stop being so hard on yourself.
Phil: Well then stop giving me empty compliments.

Emily has a stunning body, she just won't say it.

Emily is suffering, she just won't show it.

Emily is the most beautiful girl in the world, she just can't see it.

Let her know that she can talk to you about anything, and always listen. She'll trust you with anything and everything, so don't let her down. And most importantly, tell her you love her every day, and never break her heart.

Person 1: Emily, your smile lights up my world.
Emily: Really? I don't think it's that great.

Person 1: Hey Emily, are you okay?
Emily: I'm fine, just fine.

Person 1: Emily, you are truly gorgeous.
Emily: Keep saying that, and maybe someday I'll see it too.

A medical condition that prevents someone from speaking truth to power or making tough decisions, even at the expense of others and their own reputation and legacy. This illness swept through the GOP during the Trump years. EBS is caused by a lack of testicular fortitude.

Someone who is so unattached or unaware of their own life that their involvement has little or no impact on the outcome of events.

Emily

Extremely hard working and stays on task. Is a great friend who will always have your back and defend you no-matter want happens. She tries to be funny but it usually doesn't really work out unless she's talking to her parents or her parents' friends. Always happy and tries not to cry in public. Also doesn't like getting other people's help for ANYTHING. She also doesn't like to see people cry and if she does she usually cry's herself especially if they're her friend. Usually has blue or green eyes (sometimes one of each) and if very beautiful. She is shy around boys but once she gets to know them she will stay their friend and usually hope for something more... Emily's are also usually very smart and helps her friends and family with and problem that she can. Emily is a keeper!

Oh Emily you're SUCH a great friend.
