An adjective to describe someone who is obsessed with chasing discounts or low-value items. Someone who displays a strong preference for inexpensive and reduced priced things.
Someone who shows an extremely exploitative nature, verging on un-classy bossiness and covetousness over cheap and small things.

It also describes someone who is despicable, distasteful, unscrupulous, immoral, shabby, low-minded, discreditable, vulgar, sordid, pathetic, lazy, low-class, mean, direty and scurvy.

Big Tarty acts rather cheapo all the time, especially when it's freebie-day at Scruffins' House of Din Day.

Cheap-arse Tuesday

An institution in Australian culture, Cheap-arse Tuesday sees many services (eg. petrol, movie tickets, take-away food etc.) drop in price.

It's a day of the week when the tight-arse's of this country can afford to go out and do things or get an affordable meal.

I love Cheap-arse Tuesday because it means I can go and see the new Star Trek movie and get a pizza for dinner, all for under $20.

An internet cult on Twitter led by @BigTastyInc that is obsessed with Barstool, sports gambling, the show “I Think You Should Leave”, and being super horny. Composed of mostly New York socialites, e-girls, frat guys, and millennials with nothing to do but hide behind burner accounts and spew hate. Many cheapies want to ban alcohol and are misogynists, and criticize other cheapies who simp over the cheapettes. They pretend to be positive but always create drama.

An individual who raises the act of taking a dishonorable, lowbrow, disrespectable action to an artform. This is accomplished either through frequent and conspicuous use of cheap shots or a particularly noteworthy low blow.

cheap buzz

The slight intoxicated feeling you get from drinking one or two beers when you have absolutely no food in your stomach. Once you eat something of value, the buzz significantly wears off, which forces you to drink more to get back the same buzz and preferably more intoxicated. Not having any food in your stomach and drinking lots of alcohol will ultimately lead vomiting of whatever you drink, so eat some fuckin' food!

In summary, getting a decent buzz with little effort.

Bill: "Damn dude, I'm only on my second beer and I'm startin' to feel ripped."

Bob: "Christ Bill, you must either be the world's biggest pussy who can't handle your alcohol, or you caught a cheap buzz because you haven't had anything to eat today."

Bill: "You're damn right, Bob. I haven't eaten anything today...but god damn it I'm such a pussy too!"
