A shawl/poncho like colorful piece of clothing, usually used on elder Mexicans over one shoulder. It's colorful, and very important. Baby's used to be carried wrapped in one, and it also served as a blanket.

Best used on heterosexual males who need to learn that acting like a jackass/clown/fool/fuckfo/idiot/child is NOT acceptable just because you are drunk.
