Sometimes used in memes instead of „ah yes“ for same effect.

Ard fucking yeesh is a substitute for "hell yeah." The phrase "hell yeah" has become stale among America's youth as there needs to be a new phrase to add excitement to a fun night hanging out with one's pals. "Ard fucking yeesh" technically translates to "alright fucking yes," but it can be used in a variety of ways such as "yes," "fuck yeah," and "hell fucking yeah."
