A word i made up with a few friends while walking down the school hallway.A teacher yelled Washington and we all jumped and i yelled Whoshingpherr.There can be many meanings.

Example: this one is my favee

a washington resident who sreams at toilets in malls because they flush automaticly giving you no time to get out before the ghosts get you.

OR

a non-washington resident who chooses to scream this word at random places, and then say the leperchauns did it.

OR
