Derived from the phrase 'Sid Vinnon'. Used to describe someone who displays characteristics of being a loser or idiot. Usually said in a slow voice for maximum effect. Only known on the south coast of England thus far.

People who wear bell bottom trousers that are too short and have glasses that are held together by masking tape.

When someone says or does something stupid, they get called a vinnon.
