Ugerexic

A disease effecting the youth of today. In a similar fashion to those you are anorexic (a.k.a. think they are fat when they are in fact deathly skinny), ugerexic people think they are good looking and attractive when in fact most people would rather stab themselves in the eye rather than look at them.

Also similar to fatorexic.

The name for someone who is particularly ugly, but you still regard as a friend. From the point of view of the ugly person that the term 'uggerz' is aimed at, it's not seen as being very offensive, more of a strange nick name.
ie A friendly name for a really ugly person
