Many people living in Toronto Ontario are "torontarded" A few cms of snow is a "major storm", where people forget how to drive in the snow, drive into the back of each other's cars, and complain when the temperature dips below -10.

Incapable of using commonplace tools, such as those found in most households, like a hammer, wrench, and screwdriver.

Unable to identify tools by name, fit a wrench around a pipe, or recognize a Phillips Head screw from its bretheren screws, I headed out to Habitat for Humanity, where tool-slung builders take tooltardy wimps like me and turn them into tool wielding weekend warriors.
