Who is Tounge? He is supposed to be Swedish, some say he owns a network of hundreds of Cyber Criminals, nobody every saw or worked for him. Nobody believed he was real. Some even say he's an urban legend.
Tounge, a/k/a Scarf, was an individual who started appearing around massive networks such as AnonOps & Other IRC Networks, Scarf gained traction and attention in various cyber crime communities when he was seen placing calls to numerous government installations in an attempt to "troll them" on the Skype platform, where he went under the handle Scarf, Admin, and Tongue / Tounge.
It was noted that in late 2019, It was suspected that Scarf may had been arrested on charges of breaching a United States Coast Guard Employee Portal, this was never confirmed and no articles ever surfaced.
To this day, it is unsure if Scarf is still around, Some suspect he conducts business-like activities on the Telegram Platform now. The only way to identify the Real Tounge is by his phrase word "yahurd" and "boss up"
Scarf is supposed to have many names, Some people speculate he also went by the monikers Tongue, ZZ6, and Lilith.
The last sighting of Scarf was in 2020, When he supposedly surfaced back on the internet on an IRC network called AfterNet.
The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that, poof. He's gone.
