TEAM is another way to say "Everybody but me." It's popular in corporate environments where an asshole wants work done, but doesn't want to do it, but wants to seem like they want to. Therefore they start their email with "TEAM"

guy 1: dude, did you see that guy get his ass handed to him on a plate?
guy 2: yeah, team a went to town on that fool
guy 3: what a hazard!

A convenient label for any individual or group whose research supports the Anthropogenic Global Warming Hoax (i.e. every National Science Academy in the world); useful insofar as not having to explain how such a massive conspiracy works in practice.
Richard: "A new MIT study confirms human activity is the main driver of global warming."
Andrew: "They must be the newest recruits to The Team."

there is no "I" in team, but there is an "I" in "pie", and there is an "I" in "meat pie" so techniqly there is an "I"

Being a team means being committed to something and sticking to it. It means even when you feel sick, depressed, or you have plans, you still participate and stay committed. No skipping. No 'Wahh, I don't fell good." No "I'd rather hang out with my boyfriend." All in all, TEAM means staying committed, showing up even when you don't want to, and giving all you've got. If you aren't willing to do that, they don't bother being part of a team.
