a low class African America that is loud and obnoxious, usually accompanied by 10 screaming nigglets and an Access card with a food stamp balance of a million dollars to support all their illlegitament demon spawns while da baby daddy is up at da state pen.

A term used to describe a person, male or female, of black decent. It can be used either in a derogatory or descriptive manner.

Person 1: "Yo, I heard there was a robbery at the liqour store last night."

Person 2: "Ya man. Some swoogie ran up in there and robbed the place. Surprised no one got shot."

Person 1: "Freakin swoogies."

swoogie shuffle

When you are side stepping, bobbing and weaving your way through a place that is generally filled with swoogies and the swoogies are in your way.

I was at the grocery store and I wanted some orange soda, watermelon and fried chicken and the swoogies were in my way so I had to do the swoogie shuffle around their gressy afro's and monkey babies to make my way through the store.

Swoog

A general term for a male you do not like. Typically used as an insult to call a guy "lame" or a "tool." More specifically, a swoog is a guy who portrays himself as a typical "frat boy" or a guy who pops up his shirt collar. The term, however, is commonly used to address friends in a joking manner.

Example 1: "Why did you bring all of those swoogs to the party?"

Example 2: "Every swoog I see wears a North Face jacket and a pink shirt."

Example 3: "That guy is a total fuckin' swoog."

Example 4 (friendly): "Yo, swoog, you got any pot?"
