A complete and total deadweight. Something of no value whatsoever. Someone or something that does absolutely nothing of value.

Jeez, that bobble-head figure of Walt Clyde-Fraiser is a real tumbledick; it doesn't do anything.

The way to use this word if somebody says obvious and then you something like "no shit sherlock" but its replaced with shimbledicks
