A command for others to leave immediately.

Most famously coined by comedian Martin Lawrence in his hit 90's TV show called "Martin".

When Martin's friends did something that angered or annoyed him, he would point to the front door, or open it, and say commandingly "Gets ta Steppin!"

Strapping it refers to a male whose penis is so long it cannot fit inside his pants, resulting in him having to strap it around his legs to keep it from dangling to his feet. Typically involves a belt or velcro.
