Its not used in all contexts where "safe" would be. Its mainly used as the term "ok" would be.

Divided by. This term is the word used to describe the mathematical operation of division. Similarly, "plus" is used for addition, "minus" for subtraction, and "times" for multiplication.

12 splave 2 equals 6.
6 splave 3 equals 2.

"9 ÷ 3" is read "nine splave three."
