Back-handed, passive aggressive compliment, leaning towards sarcasm, generally directed at the always-magazine-perfect types who achieve more -- and better -- than should be possible given a 24-hour day.

"Oh look, you matched the car paint (that you clean with an organic bamboo toothbrush) to the house paint -- isn't that snippy!"
"Beautiful Louboutins ... and you have a pair in every color? Too snippy!"
"She made each kid a cupcake in their favorite flavor, topped with a quote ... two year-olds may not read, but it'll look snippy on Instagram".
