When shots fired on target at an enemy in a multiplayer FPS game don't register due too poor internet infrastructure or bad coding by the game developer.

Hitreg, without the reg: When hitreg, isn't.

1. xxx1337x5C0P35xxx is moaning in chat about the fact he's hitting everyone but none of the shots are being registered as damage by the game despite the fact he has an accuracy of 1.3%. He's probably just moaning
2. Smith posted a Battlefield 4 video on youtube the other night demonstrating his shot hitting an enemy and causing blood spatter and a jerk animation as a reaction yet the game didn't register any damage, thus demonstrating factual occurrence of shitreg.
