high quality rip

A song that is a high quality and does not sound bad after being taken off of a video game or music device. Or it's just someone changing another song to sound like another song while keeping the rhythm of the first song, like Vinesauce's GRAND DAD meme. It's usually used as funny, but sarcastic remark.

Person 1: This song is a pretty high quality rip!
Person 2: But it's just a Super Mario Bros track made to sound like Thomas the Train.

Flipper-Quality Work

(Adjective) - Refers to any type of shoddy, low-quality, quick & cheap "cover-up" work done by someone who "flips" houses for a living.

Cheap-ass "work" that is done to cover up defects in a house just long enough to fool the next buyer or home inspector. When finally discovered, correction of the problem usually involves more work than would have been necessary to do it right the first time.

Phrases typically utterred during the actual performance of this work include "Good enough for now!", "It'll work!" or "Fuck it, I'm not going to be living here!"

Examples: Covering up mildew infested, rotted bathroom walls with paneling; using duct tape to fix a leak in a pipe then covering it with pipe insulation; painting around/over a switch/outlet cover or light fixture.
