A non serious derogatory that refers to a piece of media that people only consume and sing the praises of because of the reputation of its quality. This term is very subjective and can vary wildly from person to person.

Man this classic game is so good man you should try it!

I really think it’s just quality slop, there are just way too many issues surrounding the game for me to call it good.
