A scale of measurement from 1-10 used to outline the degree of ease used upon kicking an object. Whether it be a small dog at a 1, or an annoying unattractive girl at a 10.

its mostly slang, but a nice and soft texture/ feel of something is usually considered pattable.

something that is pattable usually has a nice texture that you want to touch and pat, such as a cats fur for example.

"Your cat is really *pattable*, I could pat it all day."
