To be drenched with copious amounts of water, splashed up by a car when one is walking on a sidewalk during or after a rain storm. When one's bodily composition goes from 60% water to 100% water.

It was raining as I walked home yesterday, when out of nowhere a car came flying by and absolutely puddled me.
