this means taking a piss without really having to, just because you know you won't be able to piss for a while

Prisse

The same as "Priss", but slightly moreso because adding an "e" at the end makes the word in writing look that much more prissy and French. The French invented the Prisse, as well as the Quiffe. Adding an "e" to the end of anything makes it way more fey.
