When you take someone home but then come to your senses, so you 'play possum' so to avoid having to deal with their presence.

Friends: omg, I can't believe you took him home last night

Betty: Don't worry, I just ended up playing possum - phew!

A male sex partner who pretends to be deceased or very stunned during the act of lovemaking.
This can either be through the acting out of a fetish or through the partener just being very shy.

Negative example:
"OMG... he was suuuuuper hot, but a total Sex Possum... eiw"

Positive example:
"Sometimes my partner and i like playing sex possum; where i pretend to be dead.. its amazing, she loves it man."
