Verb: Past tense
The act of ejaculating a large load onto an unsuspecting passerby's head from a high place (ex. rooftop, building, etc), similar to how a pigeon defecates on people.

John, you I was walking down the street and some guy pigeoned a girl from the 3rd story window!

Trying to talk technical when you have the technical ability of a plank of wood. A bit like Pigeon English but anything technical in any language.

Someone is talking to the PCFella from the IT support desk and doesn't want to sound like a total newbie to computers so starts talking PigeonTech.

A sex position where you go outside and one partner lies near a light post, and the other climbs it. Once the partner climbing has reached the top of the light post. They carefully squat,and let out a huge load of shit. It is supposed to hit your partner square in the face. *careful while doing this because this is infact one of the most dangerous sex positions in the world*
