As the thieving little gyppo shitbags rummage through your bin/down the tip they invariably come across chopped up credit cards. They then piece together the card in an effort to defraud the previous card holder/credit card company through various methods of identity theft. Each collection of chopped-up plastic pieces can be considered a "Pikey's jigsaw" as they give it to their kids to piece together like a jigsaw. Probably.

They can often be seen chugging along on the water, as they have to move at least once a fortnight in order to avoid having to pay their way. They are easily differentiated from recreational waterway users by looking at the face - the recreational user will generally look a bit stressed whilst the water pikey will be grinning like a smug twat at the thought of how clever they are in avoiding having to contribute towards the cost of the services they use. Most of them hope to one day live on dry land, a desire generally realised following the dubious acquisition of a caravan and a Ford Transit with a towbar.
Bad news chaps, the Water Pikey is on the way in - that's our nice, peaceful day at work well & truly nixed.
