A person who obtains the following traits:
1. Went to the closest college possible. Probably a D2 school with crappy athletics.

2. Their social media pictures are still of them playing high school sports.

3. They never leave the small town they went to high school in.

4. They never became anything more than the asshat they were in high school.

5. Probably won’t show up to your class reunion out of embarrassment.

6. 8/10 chance he was a fuckboy in high school.

Peaking out - a phrase reffering to a state of mind, resulting from a stressful or disturbing situation, which is generally associated with an instantaneous feeling of uncertainty, paranoia and fear.

Tom: Dude, I dropped 4 tabs of acid yesterday.
Richard: Oh bro, that's a lot. How was it?
T: Dude, I was peaking out for half of it.

R: That's peak man.

Harry: I was studying philosophy yesterday night and I realized life is worth nothing. I peaked out.

(v.) present participle of pence: avoiding a direct answer to a question, as exemplified by Indiana Governor Mike Pence in his interview on "This Week" on March 29, 2015, about the broad "religious freedom" bill he signed.

Examples of pencing:

George Stephanopoulos: "Yes or no: If a florist in Indiana refuses to serve a gay couple at their wedding, is that legal now in Indiana?"

Mike Pence: "George, this is where this debate has gone."

"Is that true or not?"

"George, look, the issue here is that, y'know..."

"Yes or no: should it be legal to discriminate against gays and lesbians?"

"George, you're following the mantra of the last week online, and you're trying to make the issue about something else."

When you are absolutely "peaking" is to be at your prime in any activity.
This can be used to describe a person, event or group.

"OMG man he's peaking" - Amazing/Intense
"That's a peaking t-shirt man" - Good Looking

Peaking

The time at which an ingested substance is at its highest possible concentration in the bloodstream. Used colloquially in the context of recreational drugs, most commonly psychedelics. When peaking, a psychedelic trip is usually at its most intense/powerful. The nature and duration of a peak varies by drug, user, and mindset at the time of tripping. Contrary to what some may say, it is not a term specific to any one particular drug.

Tripper A: "Dude... I..."
Tripper B: "What, man?"
Tripper A: "I'm... it's... lattitude."
Tripper B: "He's peaking hard."
