Parfing

When someone leads on multiple mean regardless of whether or not they are single. Usually a self-absorbed person with narcissistic tendencies.

"I think this girl is parfing my friend..." - I believe this girl is leading my friend on.

Parfing

1: Barfing in a bathroom trashcan while simultaneously pooing on the toilet.
2: Taking a poo that smells so awful that it makes you barf while still sitting on the toilet.

That bathroom reeks like hot hell! Someone was definitely parfing in there.
