A fandom that's obsessed with the Hunger Games. Panem is the name of the state The Hunger Games is set in. Panem replaces North America. Maniac is means crazy so, Panemaniac is a person who is crazy over the hunger games. You might be one. A three day bogus party of want-to-be beauty queens meeting in Jamaica that pretends to be associated with the United Nations, but is in no way associated with it. Contestants do important volunteer work, such as get their picture taken while wearing a crown and holding a puppy. Any one can enter if they pay the entrance fee. The winners are called ambassadors.
