Origin - o.O was the look in a players eyes after they have been completely owned. Dazed, confused, and n00bish. This was used frequently in mmorgg games that had a player killer option. It is also used synonymously with the term carebear to describe someone who is unskilled and whiney. It was used extensively since the late ninties in on-line games. The origin is rumored to be from the game Ultima Online in 1996. When a player killed another player the dead player became a ghost. If the dead player tried to type, the message would only appear to other players as: o.O.o.O.o.O.o.O.o.O

I just owned you o.O. You have no clue how to play o.O. You have no skill because you're such a o.O.

Stands for "Care Bear" b/c it is supposed to look like the "Care Bear Stare" The term Care Bear is used to describle generaly lame people in videogames or on the internet.

Synonymous with "noob or newb"
