Or on extremely brutal occasions...Yeah. alot of people like to use the term nar in a blatent manner, also known as "blates"...To be blatent when using nar the person saying nar should pull a face resembling > :| <. When the person you are insulting wants to know something or is engaging in conversation with you. Originated on the streets of Nothern Moor Wythenshawe.
