Mutually Assured Destruction

When a couple mutually decide at the same time to end a relationship with no chance of ever being in relationship with one another ever again. Basically Nuke with Salted Earth only both mutually agree and launch nukes with salted earth at the same time. Or in response to knowing a break up notice is approaching.

Kyle and Kimberly are not together; it was mutually assured destruction.

1. (MAD) Any situation or course of action which ensures the total erradication of all parties involved.

2. Often used to describe what would have happened in the Cold War Era were one side to have attacked the other using nuclear weapons, causing the other side to retaliate, ensuring the nuclear obliteration of most of Asia and North America.

A statistical term saying the probability of two events cannot occur at the same time.

A "milf" is an example of something non mutually exclusive; as a mom occuring and being hot occuring, can indeed happen at the same time.
