A term coined by PUBG streamer Wackyjacky101 when he mistakenly combined the words Map and Option with regards to the extra large map you can use that's helpful when driving. It's now become something that describes something unexplainably/unbearably large.

The mamoption file size of the new Call of Duty is resulting in people having to delete handfuls of games just to update it.
