The act of being promiscuous with one person. Having no regard for ones actions of a sexual nature towards another person. Note that one is not emotionally attached to the person they are being monopromiscuous towards. This boarders on slut like behavior.

Leaving a party with a guy you just met. Hanging all over someone in the midst of a crowd.
"Man, did you see that girl all up on that one guy? She ended up leaving with him, how monopromiscuous of her."
