Its also used to treat extreme pain, usually in Cancer patients. Methadone is usually prescribed after other narcotic agents are proven to be innafective. Its usually prescribed in large doses, usually 120 pills to be taken 4 times a day.

Oxcontin didn't work for Mr. Jones, so his doctor prescribed Methadone.

Methadone white trash are group of people that most likely live in California or any other liberal state that supplies them with free healthcare and free methadone that they did not earn. They race off to the methadone clinic every day at 4 a.m. and they squat every landlord they ever had out of their own property

Therefore the Internet junkie must seek out the Methadone (in this case bluelight.nu) to rehabilitate his heroin addiction. Usually it results in the user transferring his fix from heroin (urbandictionary) to Methadone (bluelight) and then he is hooked again.
