When a person attempts to sing a song's lyrics but is only able to sing the more memorable parts and just mumbles the rest as part of the tune in a non-sensical fashion.

That one person that is just so inconsiderate, mean, and just an overall douche bag for no reason, only use this insult if you want to totally ruin someone’s life or use as a playful joke with your friends, be aware though, most only have a limited number of uses of this term. Also, this is not allowed on Twitter, as Twitter is an example of a rude head mcdumbface

When one attempts to receive the cardboard drink holder from the drive-through window containing four large top-heavy beverages and looses grip, thus resulting in spillage of one or more beverages into one or more passengers' lap.

Berda attempted to receive the tray from the window attendant and spilled all over cody's lap, thus resulting in a McFumble.

Berda McFumbled the drink tray.
