Packie McReary a Character in GTA IV (Grand Theft Auto IV(4)) or his real first name is Patrick. You (Niko Bellic) do a varity of missions with him and then he becomes your friend. He is a very important part of the game.

Named in honor of a special uber geay McGarrett. In general, refers to the guy that absolutely repels women. He is not a man's man. He is not even a fag hag. Kinda resembles smegma. Is known to kill a party within mere moments. Just walk away. Also tends to look like a cartoon character.

A fan-made McDonalds concoction, it is also called a McMiracle which is made by putting a McChicken between the two patties of a McDouble, this name is most commonly known in a small town in Florida, but is still a valid name for the combination. The total price of this would be about $2.12

I went to McDonalds and got myself a McBear and a sweet tea, it was so good, and it only cost like, three dollars!
