Lowjack

A man who has a natural gift with women and he is often approached by women. The gift is more of a vibe or body language he puts out rather than general attractiveness and charm, but he is typically good looking. Also he is quite aware of his gift and uses it for personal gain if need be.

Did you see the way the ladies were just coming over to talk with John when we walked in here? Not to mention all the free drinks he's getting for us from the hot bartender; he is clearly the Lowjack tonight!

How you'll want to raise a "hot" car's wheels for towing purposes, if it is fitted wif a GPS-tracking device --- da more you move said pilfered conveyance, da more likely it is dat da alarm will be set off.

Actually, of course, employing da "lowjack" technique will not likely alter how effective "LoJack" will be at locating and returning said stolen wheels --- da system works merely on da distance of movement of da plundered property from its home base, not on how high off da ground it is raised.

Lowjack

This word was used in the mid-late 1980’s and 1990’s, and was used to describe non-consensual inconspicuous tracking and surveillance, usually referring to electronic means, like low powered RF trackers or transmitter bugs.
Low: unbeknownst to the trackee. Jack: derived from hi-jack.
It is where the concept for the movie “Freejack” came from, and the name of the brand for anti-theft device for cars originated.

The FBI found the criminal’s location, because the package they were carrying was lowjacked.

The CIA was able to listen in to the union contract negotiation because one of the shop stewards was lowjacked.
