Another word for calling someone a knobhead, but taking it to the next level. Used in a sentence towards someone who is getting on your nerves or to attract attention to someone who is pretending to be their friend but they're that knobheadish(adj of scouse word knobhead-american version and rest of UK dickhead) , that they haven't realized yet.

Scenairio-Fat fred has lived and grew up next to Garry his next door neighbour. Gary has other friends who don't live in the same street. On appearance the friendship seems ok, but whats been going on, when gary says t'ra fred, enjoy mcdonalds,- garys been meeting up with his mates since 1980, and the retrospect went like this-"I hate that fat fuck fred-hes a right fucking knobshine-I wish he would fuck off and move down south-the fat cunt.
