Kem is a loser like no one else. He's the definition of a failure. The word 'kem' was created by someone named Emrah, who put the letter K infront of his name just to show everyone that he's kurdish (which makes no sense because that's nothing you should be proud of, which shows how much of an Kem he is).

"Kem Cho" means "How are you?" in Gujarati language. Gujarati is one of many languages spoken in India, it is spoken mainly by people from Gujarat, a state from Western India.
