Acts such as destroying property, lighting fires, alcohol, drugs and attacks against police are included. Local newspapers and residents desperately tried to save the city's image by spinning the riot into a playful, well-deserved, controlled festivity.

Get the joyful occasionmug. The most lovely person, their personality is very kind, caring, and considerate, but also shy. They always check on you to see how you're doing. Even with a short attention span they sure do try to help where they can. Joyful is the person of your dreams. They are so beautiful, gorgeous and absolutely pretty. They are very hot and attractive too, the type that would make you so nervous to talk to because they're so amazing, you don't want to mess things up.
