A person who is easy going and chill, has lots of friends doesn't hang with the necessarily popular crowd, but is friends with them they hang with the easygoing crowd. Likes to dance and party, and has no problem with getting the ladies, usually the outfits that they wear are awesome and everyone loves them. They're just an all around nice, cool, chill, person to be around.
