To insinuate that oneself (or another) has sustained aptitude and success in their vocation or ambition. This commonly is used to describe a mood, quality of character or state of being.
“Dank
in the Tank” is a figure of speech comparing ones success and maintained success to human
fertility. The tank refers to the epididymus and it’s dank quality refers to having an excess of seminal fluid. However, it may also refer to a healthy reservoir, or a surplus of human potential.
It is not so much the peak of human development, but it is a state of continuous harmony and growth.
The opposite phrase would be “Dry
in the Tank”, or simply “Dry”. Meaning barren and unsustainable.
