A hipster with asperger's syndrome. A hipsperg is almost always:

1. An indie game creator who will produce a pretentious art game or an ironic game about zombies.

2. A smug video game reviewer.

Easily identifiable by their fedoras and scraggly beards.

Person 1: I was looking at upcoming game releases on Steam and saw a rhythm game about dinosaur riding Nazi zombies.

Person 2: I bet a fucking hipsperg made that.

1) A deliberate misspelling of "historical" and "hysterical" to create a portmanteau, which means literally "very funny history" or "funny today, though it was serious at the time."

2) An extension of this meaning is to derisively imply that something today is garbage, of little importance, or no value — but might have "histerical value" in the future.
