Hevlanian

People who inherently have more melanin in their skin. Especially those who are born in America.

Often referred to as “black” or “African-American”.

Term can also be used to describe “black” or “African” people originating from other countries if neither they nor their parents were born in Africa.

My parents, grand parents, great, etc., were born in America. We have African-like features but have no know ties to Africa so we are Hevlanian.

Having a quality that provokes irritation and distaste. Also used as a verb denoting anything that will have the same effect. Originally from Heaning Mislet.

What was it like at the Post Office? Absolutely heaning, I had to queue for 30 minutes.
