After Brigadier General Thomas R. R. Cobb's Irish Regiment of Georgia pushed back Lieutenant Colonel St. Clair Mullholands Irish Brigade, a Captain (3 stripes on the collar) took off his hat and started yelling "Haroo! Haroo!" and the rest of the regiment cheered "Haroo!"

Haroon

A Haroon is a maker of "phat beetz" most notably of the Trance variety. Haroons tend to hang out with people who are "OneUp" above the rest and like to play Final Fantasy all day long.

Haroon's like warm climates and are known to raise the temperature by at most 10 degrees (F) when they walk outside.

Haroon is hot (in reference to the fact that most Haroon's live in hot climates, their hotness makes their surroundings hot)

it's a weird combination of the words "hello, please." It is used in place of the words "Man! look at that hot chick over there!" But you never say it to the girl or any girl for that matter.
