Phantom ghoster

Someone who is a serial ghoster, yet always seem to get to know new people who they will just later ghost too. The " phantom " part comes from Lee Falk's the phantom comic strips - the Ghost who walks. the Phantom ghoster is a serial ghoster who will always get away with ghosting people no matter the reason.

Person one : You know Kate, right ?
Person two : Yea, why ?
Person one : Can you give me her insta ?
Person two : Are you sure, she is like a total phantom ghoster.

A sweet kind and friendly ghost which hung out with his blue sheep called Friend. He was taken from us too soon and is now stuck in Limbo for god knows how long. We all miss him and friend don't you lie.
